Job Description

Aerotek is hiring Construction Laborers for an excavation company in Post Falls.

What you will be doing

- Assist with site prep and dirt work for commercial and residential new construction projects

- Use a shovel to help dig trenches for utilities and foundations

- Assist with grading and sloping sites

- Material handling, clean up, and other general labor

- Communicate effectively with ground personnel and/or other operators using universal hand signals

What you have

- 1+ year of construction experience, preferably excavation experience

- Willingness and ability to work outside in various weather conditions

What you get

- A full time (day shift) and long-term job with room for growth

- Weekly pay - starts at $20 - $25+/hr (depends on experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
