Developing Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Projects
Degree Requirements
High school education or equivalent and 2+ years of related data processing experience.
Nice-To- Haves (Hard Skills)
Experience in manufacturing is a plus
Experience in Costpoint
Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling daily activity of Engineering team, Project Management Team and Production team
Make schedules, plan and plot/assign tasks accordingly
Track to completion
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on projects of various contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Responsibilities may include: implementation of scheduling policies and procedures in support of projects; establishment and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), maintenance of the cost/schedule baseline; implementation of Earned Value methodologies and related variance analyses; preparation of written and verbal reports to management regarding cost/schedule variances; program life-cycle activities such as schedule status and forecasting, critical path analysis, cost and schedule variance analysis support, baseline change request management and implementation, and schedule deliverable preparation. Individuals in this family have significant interface with Program and Project Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, financial analysts, as well as other organizations. They may participate in new business proposals through IMS and/or RLN support, providing input to management.
