Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler/Analyst to support the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects across various contract types, sizes, complexities, and risk levels. This role involves managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), supporting cost and schedule baseline maintenance, and implementing Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project.
Implement scheduling policies and procedures to support project goals and compliance requirements.
Maintain cost and schedule baselines; perform variance analyses.
Support program lifecycle activities such as:
Schedule status updates and forecasting
Critical path and impact analysis
Cost and schedule variance analysis
Baseline change request (BCR) management
Preparation of schedule deliverables and reports
Interface regularly with Program Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Contracts personnel, Financial Analysts, and other stakeholders.
Prepare written and verbal reports on cost/schedule status for management review.
Contribute to new business proposals by developing IMS and RLN inputs.
Coordinate daily scheduling of Engineering, Project Management, and Production teams.
Assign and track tasks to completion to ensure timely delivery and performance.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in data processing or scheduling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
CostPoint and manufacturing industry experience highly desired.
