un Job Opening: Construction Superintendent compensation: TBD We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee job site activities during after-hours work shifts for ongoing renovation and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general construction, including interior/exterior finishes, painting, wall and stucco repairs, pressure cleaning, and trim work. This is a hands-on supervisory role, meaning the Superintendent should be ready to step in and assist with tasks or demonstrate how to perform them when neededleading by example and ensuring the team works efficiently and safely. Current schedule but no limited to: Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Saturday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM Schedule may vary depending on project needs. Flexibility is essential. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities during evening and weekend hours Oversee crews performing painting, stucco, wall repairs, pressure cleaning, and trim/millwork Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule Provide hands-on help or demonstrations when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate regularly with project managers and report jobsite status Address and resolve issues proactively Qualifications: Experience as a superintendent or foreman in renovation or construction projects Skilled in painting, stucco, drywall, trim work, and general finishes Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work Comfortable taking initiative and assisting the crew with physical tasks Reliable transportation and a working phone Strong communication and leadership skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as required TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST SUBMIT A RESUME OR PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE.
