Duration: 6 12 Months Contract

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in CREO and automotive chassis design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in product development, has a deep understanding of chassis systems, and collaborates effectively across engineering and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop chassis components: frames, suspensions, brackets, cross members, etc. using PTC CREO
Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFM, DFA, and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs
Collaborate across functions to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
Support prototyping, testing, validation, and root cause analysis
Requirements
B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
5+ years in CREO (4.0 or newer) and chassis design
Experience with sheet metal, weldments, casting, and PLM systems (e.g., Windchill)
Strong knowledge of materials, FEA interpretation, and industry standards
Preferred:
Simulation tools like ANSYS, HyperMesh
Prototype testing experience
Familiarity with global vehicle safety standards
