Concrete Estimator

T-Rock Construction is hiring a Concrete Estimator to support multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves analyzing blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, and preparing accurate project bids. The position reports to the Lead Estimator.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze blueprints and specs to assess scope and materials
Calculate material quantities and costs
Prepare detailed bids, change orders, and cost breakdowns
Research market rates for labor, materials, and equipment
Communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
Identify project risks and include contingencies
Stay current on industry trends and pricing

Requirements:
3+ years in concrete estimating, ground-up construction, and cost control
Field experience in concrete construction
Proficiency in CAD, Stack, and Microsoft Excel
Strong math, analytical, and communication skill
High school diploma required; degree or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule:
Full-time, MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts, with occasional site visits and bid meetings
