Concrete Foreman Needed - K&R Construction

Kamminga and Roodvoets, Inc., a civil heavy highway construction contractor since 1951, has an immediate opening for an experienced concrete foreman. This position oversees and coordinates all aspects of concrete construction, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications. They manage crews, delegate tasks, and maintain records, while also ensuring proper equipment use and material management. Additionally, they may be involved in training crew members and interacting with project owners & inspectors.

Competitive wages offered. Pay rate to be discussed during interview.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have valid Florida driver's license. Please note, if you are considered for employment MVR & background checks will be ran.
*Traveling is required. Jobsites are located throughout Hillsborough/Pasco/Polk/Pinellas/Hernando Counties.
*Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
*Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug testing.
*Must be able to work overtime, nights, and/or weekends based on company needs.
*Strong leadership and communication skills needed.
*Significant experience in concrete construction, including formwork, reinforcement, and finishing techniques.
*Understanding specifications, construction drawings, and applying this knowledge to concrete work.
*Planning and scheduling concrete work, coordinating tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
*Enforcing safety regulations (OSHA, etc.), inspecting work, and ensuring high-quality concrete placement and finishing.
