-100% Commission-Based earn $500$3,000+ per roof sold
-No earnings cap the more you sell, the more you earn
-Company vehicle provided
-Marketing materials, ladder, and all tools for success provided
-Training and ongoing mentorship

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, networking, or referrals
- Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the sales process
- Handle estimates, presentations, and closing deals
- Coordinate with crews and maintain strong client communication
- Drive company vehicle

Skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Honest, reliable, and not afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (we train)
- Valid drivers license and clean record required

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
