What You’ll Do:

• Lead the on-site execution of commercial construction projects nationwide

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Act as the face of the company on-site—building strong client relationships and maintaining a positive reputation

• Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

• Prior experience working for a General Contractor is required

• Willingness to travel extensively and stay on-site for multi-week assignments

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
