Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our construction team and support various construction-related activities. This fully remote position involves working with construction documents, submittals, and RFI's to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support construction activities related to Remodels, Maintenance, Fuels, and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Coordinate day-to-day processes between the Construction team and various departments from project inception to completion.
  • Set up construction project profiles and assist in budgeting stores based on approved amounts.
  • Generate project requisitions to facilitate the submission of Purchase Orders to installers and equipment vendors.
  • Provide periodic updates to the Construction team regarding project timelines, milestones, and expectations.
  • Facilitate requests to adjust budgets due to changes in vendors or installers.
  • Assist construction team, vendor partners, and installers in using systems for processing activities such as bidding requests and invoices.
  • Verify, code, and submit invoices to Accounting, providing instructions for special requests.
  • Prioritize and address support-related issues submitted by Construction or other cross-functional teams.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in project coordination and construction.
  • Proficiency in data entry and administration.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in document control and customer service.
  • Knowledge of construction management and change order processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to assist with project tracking and support ongoing project

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
