Hiring Master Remodeler / Builder and framing crew estimate on job need framed

lol Advanced building has ongoing jobs surrounding the Charlotte area and am looking for a highly skilled and very experienced foreman /remodeler /builder for ongoing variety of work .
Looking for a dependable and productive person that can produce quality work in a timely manner and also lead or help run jobs and a crew if needed .
I need no drama , no excuses , loyal , clean , not stinking like an ash tray ,
Individual that can talk to a homeowner with respect and be an asset to the company and not an embarrassment.
Please list any and all info about yourself, including what type of vehicle you have , all of your skills and years worked in which fields, and if you have equipment tools and a truck or not . This week also looking for some that knows how to do framing or framing crew . also need a painter for tomorrow 3/31and someone to stay and work on a deck Tuesday.4/1
