Were Hiring:

Experienced Carpenters Must be able to lead small projects, read plans, and handle framing, decking, trim, and finish work
Carpenter Helpers Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and basic tool knowledge whos ready to learn the trade

Carolina Deck Pros is a licensed, locally-owned contractor specializing in high-quality decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces. Were expanding due to demand and are looking for skilled, reliable, and motivated individuals to grow with us. Whether youre a seasoned carpenter or just starting out and eager to learn, wed love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:
Framing, decking, and structural carpentry
Installing railings, stairs, screen panels, and
trim
Assisting with layout and measurements
Loading materials, cleanup, and site prep
Following safety procedures and working well
with a crew

Requirements:

Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools (or willingness to acquire them)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
(For carpenters) Experience reading plans and leading small tasks independently
