Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of experience managing capital improvement projects from project conception, design, construction, to close - out.
• Five years of experience developing project scope, developing specifications, tracking budgets, establishing contracts, project schedules, etc.
• Ability to manage contractors and sub-contractors to ensure project scope and milestones are met to the satisfaction of the owner/stakeholder.
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite programs & Adobe Pro.
• Fire Alarm, Sprinkler or MEP background preferred.
• Prior experience preparing capital budget requests.
• Ability to manage multiple capital improvement project simultaneously.

Comments/ Notes:

• This position is based in Forsyth, GA at SOSTC in Lies Hall.
• Travel to job sites throughout the state of Georgia is required. Most travel is daily travel, but some overnight travel may be required.
