Preferred Qualifications:
- Five years of experience managing capital improvement projects from project conception, design, construction, to close - out.
- Five years of experience developing project scope, developing specifications, tracking budgets, establishing contracts, project schedules, etc.
- Ability to manage contractors and sub-contractors to ensure project scope and milestones are met to the satisfaction of the owner/stakeholder.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite programs & Adobe Pro.
- Fire Alarm, Sprinkler or MEP background preferred.
- Prior experience preparing capital budget requests.
- Ability to manage multiple capital improvement project simultaneously.
Comments/ Notes:
- This position is based in Forsyth, GA at SOSTC in Lies Hall.
- Travel to job sites throughout the state of Georgia is required. Most travel is daily travel, but some overnight travel may be required.
