This hybrid role combines responsibilities in Human Resources and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and a safe working environment at our Cikarang facility.Main ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

Implement HR programs aligned with operational strategy and corporate policies.Manage recruitment, selection, and talent development processes.Foster positive employee relations and manage union interactions.Oversee performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.Administer payroll, benefits, and BPJS-related documentation.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Handle general affairs including licensing, building maintenance, and inventory management.

Environment, Health & Safety

Lead EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and EssilorLuxottica standards.Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs.Monitor subcontractor compliance with EHS requirements.Drive continuous improvement in EHS practices and systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).Organize and lead EHS meetings and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Engineering, Law, or Occupational Health & Safety.Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and/or EHS roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Certified in AK3 Umum, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or other relevant EHS certifications.Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR/EHS best practices.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, resourceful, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
