Position Offered: Superintendent, High-End Construction Projects
Job Duties:
Under the supervision of Principal
Responsible for daily inspection of projects sites to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and according to quality and safety standards
Managing on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work progresses as planned.
Enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and addressing hazards to maintain a secure work environment.
Ensuring construction meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
Planning and adjusting project schedules, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring material availability.
Acting as the primary liaison between project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure clear and efficient communication.
Addressing on-site issues, delays, or unexpected challenges to keep the project moving forward.
Keeping accurate records of site activities, progress reports, change orders, and safety incidents.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or its foreign degree equivalent
