Project Scheduler

Major Projects Engineering Scheduler Location: El Paso, Texas We're looking for a skilled Engineering Planner/Scheduler to support large-scale industrial projects valued between $25MM and $1B. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, construction, and cost teams to develop, maintain, and analyze detailed engineering and EPC schedules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 Track key deliverables and report schedule risks or delays Perform QA/QC on third-party EPC schedules Facilitate schedule updates and communicate changes to stakeholders Support construction work package planning and issue tracking Contribute to forecasting, progress reporting, and benchmarking efforts Qualifications: 10 years of major project scheduling experience in refining, petrochemical, or heavy industrial settings Experience as an owner's rep in an EPC environment Expert in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Willing to travel up to 20% Preferred: Field construction experience Familiarity with SAP, IPS (Prometheus), Netpoint Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
