Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

Confer with engineers, adjusters, contractors, or subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

Utilize industry software and resources to create a scope of work presentable to the intended audience

Support sales by writing estimates for Insurance, Retail, and Commercial Jobs, proposals and bidding.

Create financial worksheets and invoices.

Research and stay up to date on building codes.

Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.

Broker an agreed scope of work with Insurance Carriers and Retail Customers

Work with and communicate with any public adjusters that are working with Linear or the customer.

Assess cost effectiveness of projects, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.

Conduct special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data or to reduce cost.

Investigate and acquire information to support scope.

Invoice and follow up on payment with Insurance Carriers and Retail Customers.

Utilize CRM and customer portal to document all communications on jobs.

Attending meetings and training where required.
