Drafter Salary: $60,000 per year Location: Cambridge, OH 43725 Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing drafting assignments, including preparing drawings, dimensioning, material take-offs, reports, and simple layouts. You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. Education & Experience: Associate degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Architectural discipline, with CAD instruction and computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Create drawings in accordance with company and customer standards, ensuring accurate line work, dimensioning, cross-referencing, and CAD requirements. Collaborate with other disciplines and project team members to coordinate drafting efforts. Prepare material take-offs, lists, and schedules to support project documentation. Travel to project meetings or job sites as needed to assist with project completion. Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) tools for model and drawing preparation. Ability to read and interpret vendor and project drawings and documentation. Strong skills in spreadsheets and word processing. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
