Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter position include: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Revit experience required Strong working knowledge of Florida residential building codes Experience drafting single-family, custom-designed, high-end homes (3.5M+) Ability to take full ownership of construction document creation from concept to completion Must be able to identify design issues before they become problems Demonstrated skill in producing technically accurate, highly detailed construction drawings Degree preferred but not required; a strong portfolio and technical skills are key In-office position with collaborative design and drafting team Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
