This role supports a variety of tasks on construction sites, including site prep, clean-up, loading/unloading materials, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Key Responsibilities: Assist with construction activities such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites Load and unload tools, equipment, and building materials Follow safety procedures and company policies Support skilled workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed Operate basic hand tools and power tools Qualifications: Previous labor or construction experience preferred, but not required Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Join our team as a Construction Superintendent where your expertise will contribute significantly to the success of our projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment!
