Job Summary: Job Duties:
Inspect homes to ensure tenants are caring for the property while identifying maintenance concerns.
During inspection Identify areas of concern outside as well (Roof, Siding, Walls, Fences, Gutters, Landscaping, etc.)
Perform light repairs and maintenance such as changing light bulbs, picking up around the property, minor yard work, changing locks, paint etc.
Actively assist, coordinate and participate in resident turnovers and completion of maintenance requests
Timely and professional response to ongoing maintenance needs within prescribed response guidelines
Install and remove lockboxes as needed
Participation in after-hours on-call service as may be needed
Occasionally post legal notices as needed
Other duties assigned as required and necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or related experience
Minimum two years work experience with a history of on-time performance
Valid driver license
Reliable transportation
Good driving record
Valid Auto Insurance
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Functioning smart phone
Have your own basic tools to perform minor general maintenance and repairs
Able to read, understand and follow written instructions
Ability to complete reports in detail and on-time
The ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to residents and the public
Ability to bend, pull, climb ladders, lift equipment and supplies regularly up to 50 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces
Ability to treat customers/residents with positivity and respect
Property management or housing maintenance experience preferred but not required
