Remodeling & Building / Construction Lead Man

Hi! My name is Adam. I own & operate a small, growing building and remodeling company. I offer services from artificial grass, custom additions, siding, windows, doors, bathroom builds & remodels, custom patios, wall removal, tile work and am looking into launching a 1 day tub / shower / bathroom system and maybe stamped concrete services. I do excellent work in everything I do and am in need of a lead man to allow me to be able to spend time off the jobsite for marketing & prospect meetings eventually. You'll start @ $ 27/hr and a 90 day review that will reflect your ability to fulfill your work. Your pay will grow with your contributions.

I have some exciting products I've developed that I also want to be able to present in the marketing program that will also require time off the jobsite. I also have an exciting plan to flip homes in a way that I don't see other people doing. My goal is to move toward this exclusively instead of working for other homeowners and will bring substantially higher profits.

I have a 2500 sq ft shop, I don't do drugs and hardly ever drink alcohol. If you are seeking high quality remodeling knowledge to make your experience level even better, I have processes of doing remodeling and building work highly efficiently and this knowledge will benefit you enormously.

At the 6 month mark of your employment you will know you made an excellent decision to work with me. There are always conflicts between people, you have bad days, I have bad days but my philosophy is that no matter the event, you will look at it differently tomorrow. This is a philosophy that builds long term relationships in the industry. It's hard work and communication and quality ethics are what bring companies to the apex of success.

Once the plan to move into company owned homes and remodeling / selling them is implemented the burden of homeowner decisions are removed. This means you will have the opportunity to contribute to the goals of high demand for our completed projects and become an owner within the company.

I'm seeking a well-rounded person with hardworking ethics and the understanding that communication is crucial in their work program. You will know that you have a great resource in me to answer any questions that come up on the jobsite. You'll consistently call me or send pics so that we both know progress is correct.
