Mason Tender/Laborer/Apprentice

Small masonry crew that does it all. We pour concrete, lay brick/block, masonry restoration work. Sometimes we paint and build decks. We also do traditional field stone work on old stone foundations. This is a unique and interesting opportunity for someone that wants to learn an old school traditional trade.

Right now I need a laborer. Someone who can mix mortar, build scaffolding, and move material. A strong back with a good attitude. If you want to learn I will teach you. This could go many places but right now I need a laborer. If you have some experience thats great, but we will train the right guy. If you can lay units even better.

We work mainly in Livingston county, Shiawassee county, Genesee county. Perry to Fenton, Howell to Owosso. Sometimes outside that box but rarely. No overnights. Nothing crazy.

Must have a drivers license and vehicle. This is a small family run business with a tight crew. No drama. If you cant be on time or have court twice a week then im not interested. If you cant tell a joke or take one then it wont work.

This is very physical work. I dont want to waste your time but you cannot waste mine.

Pay is based on your worth. No experience can jump up quickly if you show up and put out. Pay weekly. You will be 1099.
