Superintendent for General Contractor

We are a small growing company looking for a team player to bring their own creative ideas to fill the role of Superintendent. This person must also be able to manage jobs valued between approx. $10K and $80K, Schedule Trades, Tow Trailers to job sites, Quality Control, Job Safety and Cleanliness....etc
We have hourly employees and preferred subcontractors when scheduling approved jobs. Candidate must be able to pass a background check and be drug free, as we have several contracts in government buildings. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
