- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical or Go-to-Market planning within Cloud AI, in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience delivering scaled GTM motions.
- Experience delivering a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and Board level employees.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience selling Cloud products.
- Experience with content creation and narrative development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
In this role, you will help drive goals, mission, and strategy around the AI Go-to-Market (GTM) approach. You will be designing and managing the constructions of plays that include a complete GTM bill of materials, as measured by reaching our growth goals for that practice (collection of products) in that fiscal year. The GTM bill of materials will include sales assets, orchestration models, propensity modeling, field activation, offers and incentives, business value, partners and services strategy, and more. You will orchestrate across numerous contributing teams including solutions, services, partners, product engineering, marketing, and GTM stakeholder organizations in regional and global teams, including peer practice architects supporting other products within the same practice area, to facilitate the successful design, implementation, and refinement of the overall strategy. You will be accountable for the strategy, construction, and management of the plays they manage in their practice area.
In this role, you will showcase leadership capabilities and tactical thinking by designing and orchestrating the right model for Google Clouds objectives and the current market landscape. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on the plan, and interface directly with customers, both helping them to understand Google Clouds offerings and gathering their feedback. Finally, you will recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Own the construction and implementation of GTM AI plays for your specific product portfolio.
- Drive decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with company strategy to achieve growth goals for AI.
- Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM AI blueprints across the full ecosystem (industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation), collaborating with practice leads to balance efficiency and growth.
- Oversee the GTM AI portfolio, continuously monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
- Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, providing actionable insights and recommendations to practice leads to inform tactical alignment.
