A South East based commercial builder is in search of a Project Manager to be based in Sarasota, FL. This company has experienced successful growth for 50+ and builds in general commercial, healthcare, higher ed, k-12, and hospitality markets. They are committed to delivering large projects on time and budget and continue to be recognized as one of Floridas best builders, year after year. Relocating candidates are urged to apply.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects of at least $20 million
• Prior experience managing healthcare, k-12, higher ed, hospitality construction projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
