Residential Homebuilder / Finish Carpenter

Local company seeking an experienced and reliable Homebuilder with strong carpentry skills to work on high-end custom homes. You will be responsible collaborating with our project managers and designers to bring luxury homes to completion at the highest standard. Responsibilities: Execute framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom millwork with precision Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and site supervisors Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards Address and solve on-site challenges with a problem-solving mindset All aspects of home construction Requirements: 2+ years of residential construction experience, preferably in high-end or custom homes Mastery of rough and finish carpentry techniques Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to lift heavy materials and operate power tools safely Reliable transportation and valid drivers license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work
