- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and Enablon reporting is preferred.
- CHST technician and CSP certification preferred.
- Experience with Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera.
- Construction safety experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team.
- Lead the site team to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and report on the general contractor's performance in executing project scope.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and external parties.
- Drive schedule-critical path activities and support project-related functions.
