• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and Enablon reporting is preferred.

• CHST technician and CSP certification preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera.
• Construction safety experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team.
• Lead the site team to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor and report on the general contractor's performance in executing project scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and external parties.
• Drive schedule-critical path activities and support project-related functions.
