Construction Laborer**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Construction Stick Welder who is ready to embrace a variety of tasks beyond welding. As a vital part of our team, you will engage in multiple construction duties, including bolting, rigging, and operating cranes. Your role will involve working with steel and precast steel materials, utilizing portable welding machines, and adhering to safety protocols.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform stick welding using 70x18 welding rods.
+ Engage in construction labor tasks including bolting and rigging.
+ Assist with the assembly and installation of metal buildings.
+ Operate and maintain portable welding machines.
+ Load and unload trucks with construction materials.
+ Work collaboratively with team members on various construction projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ year of experience in construction or welding.
+ Proficiency in stick welding.
+ Knowledge of rigging and precast materials.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with metal buildings is a plus.
+ Rebar experience is advantageous.
+ Familiarity with specialized construction tools.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
