General Contractor needed, $4,000 per project

General Contractor needed, $4,000 for a 2 week project, daily Monday to Friday, for Miami Beach condo remodel.

Must be licensed, insured, and ready to start on July 7th. We need license and insurance doc in advance to send in to condo .

Approximate length of remodel project: 15 days. Will extend work after first 10 days.

Starting Monday, July 7. Hours: 9-6, Monday though Friday (or as needed / negotiable).

Long term work in Miami beach for real estate investor. We already have 4 people for job.

Work includes 2 bathrooms, new floor, kitchen, re-painting.
