What We Do:
MetroFix Handyman Services is a full-service property maintenance services company providing home services, maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, grounds care, and related services to hundreds of customers throughout Metro Detroit. We service our customers through a combination of in-house experts and third-party contractors throughout our service territory. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer experiences, personalized service & attention, and quality services at fair and honest prices.

Key Terms and Conditions:
+ This is not an offer for employment, but rather, would be an independent third party contractor
+ You will need to need to provide proof of business liability insurance, applicable state licensing, and workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
+ You will be responsible for providing transportation, tools, labor, and any equipment necessary to perform the scope of work
+ Invoices for work performed shall be submitted upon work completion, payment terms are 15 days from the invoice date

Our Ideal Vendor:
+ Has at least 3 years residential maintenance, construction, trade and/or relevant experience
+ Has established operational controls to ensure work is performed, on time, on budget, and consistently meets quality standards
+ Has a strong attention to detail with a "customer first" mentality
+ Has the ability to utilize electronic and mobile devices to respond to work orders and provide the necessary photo documentation
+ Has strong written and verbal communication
+ Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety
+ Demonstrates professionalism at all levels of the organization.
+ Maintains commercial liability insurance and workers compensation insurance (if required)
+ Possesses the applicable state licensure (required depending on the work being performed and value of the job)
+ Has the necessary tools, equipment, and resources necessary to attract new business and service existing clients

What Does a Typical Day Look Like for Our Partners:
+ Travel locally to meet with potential customers to discuss their projects and develop project estimates
+ Execute awarded projects while ensuring budgets, deadlines, and quality standards are being met
+ Respond to customer requests, complaints, or deficiencies (as necessary) in a timely and professional manner
+ Communicate proactively with MetroFix and the clients on any outstanding issues or opportunities, as is necessary
