- Manage all aspects of MEP subcontractor contracts, including negotiation, execution, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide strong leadership to subcontractor teams.
- Ensure the financial success of the project by tracking labor, costs, and forecasts, along with providing accurate weekly/monthly financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain a CPM baseline schedule, providing monthly updates to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with contract, permit, safety, environmental, and ethical requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MEP subcontractors, effectively communicating contract changes, entitlement arguments, and time/cost impacts.
- Ensure adequate resources (staff, equipment, materials) are available to meet project demands.
- Participate in estimating and procurement phases as needed.
- 810 years in construction project management with a strong focus on MEP systems.
- Experience managing large-scale projects ($50M+).
- Deep understanding of mechanical and electrical construction practices.
- Proficient in P6 scheduling, managing contracts, generating RFIs, and submittals.
- Experience with financial oversight on projects and approving change orders.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience with subcontractor management and construction supervision.
- Experience in marine and civil construction, pile driving, and general contracting.
They are starting pre construction this fall in Seattle and departing for Anchorage, Alaska in Spring 2026 until Fall 2026. You will be able to travel home if and when needed.
