Responsibilities
- Field-to-Design Translation: Capture detailed field notes and convert them into precise designs using BOUD.
- Material Management: Create comprehensive bills of materials and meticulously estimate and requisition materials for electrical projects.
- Project Packaging: Prepare robust project and job packages with Expert Designer and WMIS, ensuring all elements are aligned with project requirements.
- Electrical Design: Develop reliable and innovative 2D electrical distribution systems that meet stringent industry standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong drafting and design skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD software.
- Engineering Acumen: Solid understanding of electrical design principles and basic engineering theories.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Educational Background : A degree from an accredited two-year or four-year college/university; EIT certification or passage of the Engineering Fundamentals Exam is a plus.
Additional Skills
- Leadership or customer-focused experience across various industries is highly valued.
- Familiarity with additional platforms like BOUD, Smallworld, Bentley, and MicroStation further distinguishes your candidacy.
