Location: Midland Texas

Schedule: Full-time | Industry: Oil & Gas / Energy / Utilities

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

As a trusted leader in pipeline construction, were expanding our team and looking for a skilled Pipeline Construction Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead pipeline construction crews and subcontractors

Coordinate tasks, materials, and equipment to meet construction schedules

Ensure all work complies with OSHA, DOT, and company safety standards

Resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime

Keep accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation

Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and clients

Maintain a high standard of quality and jobsite professionalism

What Were Looking For:
3+ years of experience supervising pipeline or civil construction crews

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

Solid understanding of construction drawings, safety regulations, and equipment use

Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented

Valid drivers license

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
