We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support ongoing construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. In this dynamic role, you will assist with project planning, communication, vendor coordination, and schedule tracking to ensure successful and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Monitor project timelines, materials, and budgets
Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reports
Assist with permits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Help coordinate on-site logistics and resolve issues as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment
Proficient with MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar preferred)
Experience in construction, facilities, or property development is a plus
