Carpenters/ Carpenter Helpers**
**Location:** Summerville, South Carolina
**Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

**Starting Pay**
+ $18$25 per hour, depending on experience
+ Eligible for a $5$10 per hour increase after a 90-day performance review
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble die walls, reception desks, and countertops
+ Craft trim using various wood types
+ Operate table saws, shop saws, joiners, beam saws, and sanders
+ Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
+ Perform solid surface work including sanding, polishing, and seam-setting
+ Work with wood lumber, veneers, laminates, and solid surface materials
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in custom wood or millwork fabrication
+ Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret shop drawings
+ Hands-on experience with both hand and power tools
+ Solid understanding of millwork construction techniques
+ Familiarity with solid surface fabrication processes
