Chain Link Fence Installer

We are seeking a dependable and skilled installer to join our fencing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing chain link fences for residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Measure and mark fence lines and posthole locations

- Dig postholes manually or with power augers

- Set posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment

- Install chain link mesh, gates, and hardware

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Remove old fencing and clear job sites as needed

- Follow blueprints, specifications, and safety protocols

- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and timely completion

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- 1+ year of fence installation or construction experience

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

- Familiarity with chain link materials and installation techniques

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with concrete mixing and setting

- Ability to read site plans or blueprints

- Welding or gate operator installation experience is a bonus
