-Were looking for a Project Coordinator who can bridge the gap between the field, the office, and the client. If youre organized, communicative, and energized by being both in the field and behind a laptop, this role might be a fit for you.
-You dont need to be a builder.You dont need to know how to pull a permit or run a subcontractor walkthrough (yet).You just need the drive to learn, the initiative to follow up, and the presence to hold your own with skilled trades and discerning homeowners.
-This is a team-first role. Youre not above picking up a broom, scrubbing a floor, or stepping in to make sure a job site looks great -before a client walkthrough. Whether it's dusting off trim or tightening a loose doorknob, you care about the finished product and we all pitch in to get it there.
-Youll work alongside the head of field operations and head of office operations, designers, architects, town officials, subcontractors, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

What Youll Learn to Do (No Experience Required):
We will teach you everything below what we need is someone excited to take it on.
Before Construction Starts:
Assist in developing permit-ready plans (well show you the process)
Coordinate with local building officials to submit and track permits
Work with subcontractors to define scope and align with budgets
Help track finish selections, delivery timelines, and client design preferences
Build out and maintain job folders both physical and digital
Input and update project schedules in shared calendars
Walk job sites with the crew to ensure clarity before start
During Construction:
Document site progress with photos and written notes
Track and revise project schedules as work progresses
Support communication between the office, field, and homeowner
Ensure materials are scheduled and available on time
Provide weekly updates to clients
During Final Phases:
Coordinate punch list items and finishing trades
Track all remaining to-dos and follow them through to completion
Verify all final finish details are correct vent covers installed, trim completed, hardware in place
Close out the permit and ensure all inspections are passed
Deliver the job in clean, homeowner-ready condition
Step in where needed sweep floors, tidy up spaces, and ensure every detail looks ready for photos
Capture final photos and request client reviews
What Youll Be Doing Day to Day:
Asking smart questions, documenting clear answers
Talking to homeowners, office staff, field crew, and subcontractors
Helping organize files, plans, and job folders
Troubleshooting small problems before they become big ones
Making sure jobs dont just get built they get finished
What You Bring:
Clear, respectful communication spoken and written
Comfort working with both trades and clients
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, and mobile tools (or willingness to learn) like Team Up calendar, Loom and Wave A1
Confidence in learning new systems permit portals and digital files
Curiosity, drive, and a bias toward action
Ability to observe how experienced people do things and then put it into writing
Bonus: a background or interest in design, architecture, or system building
Success in This Role Looks Like:
Job folders are complete and ready before construction begins
Homeowners receive weekly updates without having to ask
Crews and subcontractors go to you with questions and updates
Final punch lists are short and quickly handled
Permits are closed, photos are taken, and clients are thrilled
Youre present on-site, lending a hand when needed even if that means sweeping the floor
