Job Description
Well established local Civil Engineering firm expanding their team and bringing onboard an additional member of their drafting team. The primary focus will be to work directly with their Landscape Engineer for projects related to Residential and Municipal Civil projects. Will be drawing out / mapping for projects such as: grading plans, topography, elevations, contours, drainage, vegetation, flood plains, bioswells, retention basins, storm drains, etc...

Required Skills:

• 1-3 years Civil Drafting experience - preferably with municipal infrastructure projects.
• Landscape drawing/drafting projects involving grading, topography, elevations, contour lines, water storage areas, etc...
• AutoCAD, especially AutoCAD Civil 3D experience to be able to create and modify construction landscape projects
• Some coursework, or formal education in civil drafting
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, sketches, and specifications
• Basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to landscape engineering projects
