We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Estimator to join our estimating team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:Construction estimating, A keen eye for detailExcellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for working with our lead estimator in preparing accurate cost estimates for various commercial construction projects, ensuring that we remain competitive and profitable.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Detailed Estimates,Analyze project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.Conduct Site Visits: Perform site assessments to gather necessary information for accurate cost evaluation.Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers and architects to understand project scope and requirements.Research Costs: Stay updated on market trends and material costs to provide competitive estimates.Prepare Bid Proposals: Compile estimates into bid proposals and present them to clients and construction managersMaintain Documentation: Keep thorough records of estimates, changes, and project costs for future reference.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial construction estimating or project management preferred.Technical Skills: Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities to evaluate project costs accurately.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentFlexible work hours, remote optionsHow to Apply;If you are passionate about commercial construction and have the skills we are looking for, we want to hear from you!
