What You'll Do:
- Assist with project coordination, documentation, and subcontract management
- Track expenses, quantities, and change orders for cost control
- Support scheduling, permitting, and utility setup
- Maintain RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
- Help ensure safety compliance and weekly inspections
- Contribute to project closeouts and daily reporting
- Take on additional duties as needed to support project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience
- 6 months to 3 years of construction experience, preferably in heavy civil projects (including internships)
- Familiarity with field practices and procedures related to highway and road construction
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to lead by influence and drive positive results
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must pass criminal and driving background checks
