Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of technical or GTM planning experience in Cloud Functional and Emerging Industries in a customer-facing or support role.
+ Experience delivering scaled GTM motions.
+ Experience delivering business or technical presentations to the C-Suite and Board levels.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience with content creation and narrative development.
+ Experience promoting Cloud products.
+ Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export ideas to achieve organizational goals.
+ Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
As a Global Practice Architect for Functional and Emerging Industries for Google Cloud, you will bring the experience and thought leadership to help drive direction, mission, and strategy around the Functional and Emerging Industries GTM approach. The goals of the Global Practice Architect function are to design and manage the constructions of plays that include a complete GTM bill of materials, as measured by reaching the growth goals for that practice in that fiscal year. You will orchestrate across numerous contributing teams including solutions, services, partners, product engineering, marketing, and GTM stakeholder organizations in Regional and Global teams, including peer Practice Architects supporting other products within the same practice area, to facilitate the design, implementation of the overall strategy. The Global Practice Architect is accountable for the strategy, construction and management of the plays they manage in their practice area.
You will showcase leadership capabilities and critical thinking by designing and orchestrating the right model for Google Clouds objectives and the current market landscape. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to develop and iterate on the plan. You will interface directly with customers, both helping them to understand Google Clouds offerings and gathering their feedback. Finally, you will recommend ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change.Google Cloud accelerates every organizations ability to digitally transform its business and industry. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Own the construction and implementation of GTM Functional and Emerging Industries plays for the specific product portfolio.
+ Drive decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with company strategy to achieve growth goals for Functional and Emerging Industries.
+ Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM Functional and Emerging Industries blueprints across the full ecosystem collaborating with Practice Lead to balance growth.
+ Oversee the GTM Functional and Emerging Industries portfolio, monitoring business performance, diagnosing issues, and recommending new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
+ Conduct ongoing research and bench marking to incorporate industry standard procedures, providing insights and recommendations to Practice Lead to inform alignment.
