What Youll Be Doing:
As a Project Manager, youll take ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from inception to completionensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle: From pre-construction planning through closeout, youll lead every phase with precision and accountability.
- Leading subcontractor coordination: Oversee buyouts, conduct safety reviews, manage change orders, and handle monthly billing processes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project.
- Handling project documentation: Prepare and manage submittals, contracts, RFIs, and all required project documentation.
- Solving challenges proactively: Identify and resolve job site issues and contract-related concerns to keep projects on track.
- Driving financial performance: Monitor budgets and ensure profitability across all assigned projects.
- Supporting business development: Help grow the business by fostering strong relationships with clients and community partners.
- Contributing to company culture: Engage in inter-office committees, team-building initiatives, and mentorship opportunities to support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
