Duties include: Employees will operate tractors with designated towing equipment to furrow the ground to prepare for planting. Land rollers are to be used for rolling all types of beans after planting. They will deliver materials, supplies or equipment to designated locations owned or controlled by the employer. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment and repairs when needed, structures, and grounds.
Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level is required.
Requirements:
- Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days.
- Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only.
- NO TEXTING.
- No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing, or grounds.
- No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged.
- Must be able to read, understand, and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons.
- No Educational level is required.
- Must have three months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements.
-Operate and understand computerized monitors.
Must have six months of fabrication experience with measuring, cutting with torches, use of grinders and welding.
