Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide multi-disciplinary engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Form and coordinate project teams, optimizing staff utilization for cost-effectiveness.

Oversee project communication and manage RFP development, bidding, and scope documentation.

Develop and track project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.

Act as the main client contact for coordination, planning, budgeting, and staffing.

Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and work overtime if needed.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Experience in document control, scheduling, and cost control.

Collaborative team player with experience in multi-disciplinary project environments.
