Your Role with the Company
As a Low Voltage Project Superintendent, you will:
Manage and oversee field operations for low voltage installations across multiple verticals including voice/data, A/V, security, and access control systems.
Supervise large teams of Lead Technicians, Level I-III Technicians, and Helpers.
Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule, budget, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local building codes.
Review and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide installation strategy.
Maintain daily reports, track project milestones, and resolve onsite issues in real time.
Interface with general contractors and client representatives to ensure satisfaction and accountability.
Background Profile
7+ years of commercial low voltage installation experience, including structured cabling, A/V, or electronic security.
3+ years of proven leadership as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Lead.
Proficiency in reading construction documents and managing site logistics.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in installation and testing best practices.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
