Key Responsibilities: Full Project Oversight: Manage structural restoration and renovation projects from pre-construction through final closeout. Project Planning & Execution: Develop schedules, set milestones, and allocate resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, progress reports, and budget tracking. Team Collaboration: Set project goals and align efforts across internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to maintain performance and project integrity. Site Inspections & Safety: Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, construction drawings, and client specifications. Subcontractor Coordination: Lead and coordinate subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets expectations and contract terms. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle. Issue Resolution: Monitor progress and proactively address challenges, delays, or resource constraints with strategic solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience managing restoration or renovation construction projects, preferably with structural/high-rise scope. Deep understanding of structural systems and building envelope restoration techniques (e.g., concrete repair, facade restoration, waterproofing). Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric mindset. Proficiency with construction project management software such as Procore , Microsoft Project , or similar platforms. Degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
