Insight Global is looking for an Estimator to join the Program Controls and Technology team of their civil engineering client. They are looking for an estimator with expertise in quantity take-off and pricing analysis, with a strong background in creating estimates for construction projects, including labor, equipment, materials, and other costs. Day to day they analyze blueprints and other documentation to create these estimates, analyze change order requests, and supporting during the bidding process. The rate ranges from $35/hr to $50/hr depending on background and experience.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (OR) 5+ years of detailed cost estimating experience
- 3+ years of experience in developing and managing cost estimates for medium to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, and risk management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools such as Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, etc..
- Familiarity with local codes, building regulations, and AACE estimate classification systems
- Self-motivated and great communication, organizational, and time-management skills - Certifications such as AACEI CEP, CCE or CCEA or ASPE null
