Insight Global is looking for a Scheduler to join the Program Controls and Technology team of their civil engineering client. They are looking for a candidate with expertise in using Primavera P6 to create and updated detailed project schedules. They will collaborate with PMs and other stakeholders to define scope and timelines and will also conduct critical path and time-impact analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks/issues. Day to day, they will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, integrating resource loading and cost data into schedules, and preparing/presenting schedule reports, including Gantt charts and histograms. As needed, the Scheduler will help with preparing delay analysis, claims, and change orders. The rate ranges from $35- 55/hr depending on experience and background.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in project scheduling OR 5+ years of experience without a degree with extensive focus on Primavera P6
- Proven experience in developing and managing schedules for large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, time, cost, and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management software
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and other project control methodologies
- Self-motivated and great communication, organizational, and time-management skills - Certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or PSP null
